Waterdrinker Family Farm, Sunflower Festival, July 19, 2020

I had no idea there was a sunflower farm on Long Island until Hanna messaged and asked if I wanted to meet her there for a photoshoot the next day. My immediate response was “Absolutely!” We arrived at 10 am, to beat the crowds and the heat. Although it was already sweltering out, it was a good thing we arrived early.

And finally chose a couple sunflowers to take home with us.

I photographed them at home on a perfect rainy and moody day.

P.S. There were also baby goats at the farm. Need I say more?
